Plant construction: A peek backstage

Be it modernisation, stepping up, or new planning of an entire plant, all buildings are planned in Nienburg by competent engineers who have acquired core competencies in the individual fields of food technology.

The individual components of the respective plants are specially tailored to the economic interests of the customers. The Hartmann company utilises the cooperation with the leading manufacturers in the individual technical fields to regularly train its staff.

After the plant planning is optimally coordinated on site between the managing employee of the Hartmann company and the customer, all components are ordered promptly by the purchasing department.

At that time already, all additional work processes are not only coordinated with the construction site in Russia, but also with the despatching department at the Hartmann company.

At the translation bureau of the Hartmann company in Chelyabinsk, six employees see to it in parallel that operating instructions, technical documentation, customs documents, shipment papers and certificates are translated properly into the Russian language.

On the first day of the plant construction, all components of the different supplier companies will have been received at the construction site – at the same time, the engineers are on site who are responsible for the assembly for the Hartmann company. These employees as well benefit from regular training offers by the supplier companies so to attain the best possible state of information regarding the technical details.

The follow-up service for the fabricated plants is an integral part of the work philosophy at the Hartmann company – and at this, in two aspects: On the one hand, repairs are naturally implemented as quickly as possible by technicians on site. While in addition, Hartmann also offers training and help in questions of the production technique in order to ensure an optimal utilisation of the modern European technology after the start-up of the plants.
