Start up of poultry factory OOO "Chelny- Broiler"

Already in 2007, the company OOO "Chelny-Broiler" entrusted us, the Hartmann Company with building a hatchery for them. The first hatchery was an existing building, which was reconstructed and modernised in order to ensure a production capacity of 25 m eggs per year.

The plant in which the parent flocks are bred is located on 500-hectare property, thus there were no obstacles to expand it further.
We are grateful and proud, to have been commissioned with this new order as well. So we are able to guarantee another production of eggs for hatching on the highest level possible.
The incubation equipment was projected, delivered and assembled by the Hartmann Company. It was developed and manufactured subject to state-of-the-art technology by the Petersime Company. The client itself put up a new, perfect building for the equipment in little more than eight months.
After completion of the building, the required hatchery equipment was assembled and put into operation with the help of local assembly companies under the control Mr J. Zholobov and Mr E. Ignatov, chief assembly technicians.
The new hatchery can be considered the core element of the entire production facility.
The first incubator of the new hatchery, the OOO "Chelny-Broiler" was equipped with eggs on 15th April 2012.
Afterwards, all persons involved eagerly awaited the first hatching result – and with a percentage of 86.8% of vital, healthy chicks, this was outstanding.
In the meantime, all other incubators are also equipped and further incubators are fully put into operation, too.
The entire plant works perfectly and thus the hatching results, with peak values of 87%,
are extremely good.
Together with the hatchery founded five years ago, the company "Chelny-Broiler" now can present a total capacity of 70 m eggs per year.
